Jonas Woodhead & Sons (I) Ltd, was established in
1963 with the collaboration of M/s. JONAS WOODHEAD, UK
to manufacture Parabolic & Leaf Springs for Trucks,
Trailers, Buses, Earth moving equipments, Light commercial
& passenger vehicles.
In 1984, it was taken over by the present management headed
by Naresh P Modi. Ever since, Jonas Woodhead & Sons
(I) Ltd sales has risen atleast fifty fold.
Within a short span of time, it has established its mark
in the International arena. The company has utilized its
experience & expertise and carved a niche for itself
in all its area of operations. Today, JWI is among the
largest suppliers of Parabolic Spring & Multi Leaf Spring
products in India, Asia & European countries.

JWI, has developed state-of-the-art manufacturing
facilities.
The Company has invested in increasing its manufacturing
capacity for Parabolic Rolling apart from other
important equipments
by importing machines from foreign countries (German
originated machines & controls) in order
to meet the
increasing demand from Overseas customers.
We have developed Six European customers in recent
years, catering to Parabolic Springs requirement
apart from Multi
leaf springs.
Company has showm a remarkable growth in the past
5 years in terms of its annual turnover that has
increased from Rs.
140 millions to Rs. 300 millions / annum.
